This annual event will be a reward for the dedication to your Mannatech Business and provide you with the opportunity to travel with like minded Associate Business Partners from across Europe who have also qualified to become members of the ME Travel Club in 2013. It will also be a great opportunity to spend time and celebrate success with other members of your team who join you in membership of the ME Travel Club. Qualification Period:BP1 (22nd December 2012) to the end of BP13 (20th December 2013) What do you need to do?To attain membership of the ME Travel Club you need to reach or maintain Executive Director level or above. Where will the destination be?For the moment we are keeping that a closely guarded secret! We’re looking to hold the event earlier in the year than before, around May or June especially as we don’t want to keep you waiting too long! All qualified European Platinum Presidential Directors will receive automatic membership to the ME Travel Club. |

1. Qualification CriteriaQualification Period BP1 – BP13 2013 (22nd December 2012 – 20th December 2013) For the purpose of the Travel Incentive the starting Leadership Level will be determined at the end of BP13 2012 (21st December 2012). Qualification Criteria Qualification for the Travel Incentive is based upon the Leadership levels of Executive and Presidential Director and in order to qualify an Associate must reach and maintain the level of Executive and/or Presidential Director during the Qualification Period as follows; New Director – A new Associate, who enrols in Mannatech from BP1 2013 (22nd December 2012) or an existing Associate who has a Group Point Volume (GPV) of 6000 or below at the close of BP13 2012 (21st December 2012). To qualify they need to reach the level of Executive Director during the Qualification Period and maintain that level for a further two (2) consecutive Business Periods (BPs) to be eligible for the Travel Incentive. A grace period of one (1) Business Period will apply during the requirement for consecutive qualification allowing qualification to be maintained three (3) out of four (4) Business Periods. Existing Associate – An existing Associate who has 6000 or more GPV and is not a qualified Executive Director or above at the end of BP13 2012 (21st December 2012). To qualify they need to reach the level of Executive Director during the Qualification Period and maintain the level for a further two (2) consecutive Business Periods (BPs) to be eligible for the Travel Incentive. A grace period of one (1) Business Period will apply during the requirement for consecutive qualification allowing qualification to be maintained three (3) out of four (4) Business Periods. An additional requirement is that they must personally enrol fifteen (15) All Star Associates during the Qualification Period detailed above (BP1 2013 – BP13 2013), Executive Director – A qualified Executive Director at the end of BP13 2012 (21st December 2012. To qualify for the Travel Incentive they will need to maintain the level of Executive Director or above for all thirteen (13) Business Periods of 2013. A grace period of one (1) Business Period will be allowed. An additional requirement is that they must show 10% growth in their Group Point Volume (GPV) in six (6) of the thirteen (13) Business Periods of 2013. This is based on their GPV as at the end of BP13 2012. New Presidential Director – An Associate who is not a qualified Presidential Director as the end of BP13 2012 (21st December 2012). An Associate who qualifies at the level of Presidential Director during the Qualification Period and maintains the level for a further two (2) consecutive Business Periods (BPs) will be eligible for the Travel Incentive. A Grace period of one (1) Business Period will apply during the requirement for consecutive qualification allowing qualification to be maintained three (3) out of four (4) Business Periods. Presidential Director – An Associate who is a qualified Presidential Director or above at the end of BP13 2012 (21st December 2012). To qualify they will need to maintain the level of Presidential Director or above for all thirteen (13) Business Periods of 2013 to qualify for the Travel Incentive . A Grace Period of one (1) Business Period will be allowed, during the 13 BPs. An additional requirement is that they must show 5% growth in their Group Point Volume (GPV) in six (6) of the thirteen (13) Business Periods of 2013. This is based on their GPV as at the end of BP13 2012. TRAVEL INCENTIVE PACKAGE – TRIP TO BE HELD IN 2014 The European Travel Incentive Package will include;
Destination and venue to be confirmed. Enrollment All Associates who qualify and who are residents of Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden and the United Kingdom; who are in good standing; and who are at least (18) eighteen years of age as of 22nd December 2012 are automatically enrolled in the Travel Incentive. 2. Definitions1. POSITION TRANSFERS – For the purpose of this Travel Incentive, the highest Leadership Level achieved by the position will determine the activity required. 2. TERMINATED / RE-ENROLLED ASSOCIATES – If an Associate terminates their account, and re-enrols in a new position (after the minimum 6 month waiting period), they will be considered a NEW Director. 3. MEMBERS a. Members are retail customers and do not participate in the Mannatech Career and Compensation Plan.b. Member order volume WILL count toward your Travel Incentive qualification and membership of The ME Travel Club. 4. LEADERSHIP LEVEL – Please refer to the Career and Compensation Plan for a full explanation of how to qualify at a Leadership level. 5. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – Executive Director is a Leadership Level that may be achieved; see the Compensation Plan for full details. 6. INCENTIVE QUALIFIERS – Associates who achieve the Qualification Criteria during the Qualification Period, and who abide by the General Rules below. 7. QUALIFICATION PERIOD – The European Travel Incentive period runs from BP1 – BP13 2013 (22nd December 2012 – 20th December 2013) 8. GRACE PERIOD – One grace Business Period is allowed for each Associate type, should they need it. *9. ME TRAVEL CLUB – The ME Travel Club refers only to membership within the group of Mannatech Associates who are Incentive Qualifiers.
